All of our products are 100% hand crafted and made to order. before a purchase is made a lead time of 4-6 months before shipping is to be agreed upon. we do not allow refunds on hand crafted items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
